Shipping Policy for Pammie's Pantry

At Pammie's Pantry, we strive to ensure your order arrives fresh and on time. Here’s how our shipping process works:

• Order Cut-Off Times: Orders placed by Sunday at 12 PM will be shipped the following Tuesday. Orders placed by 12 PM on Tuesday will be shipped the following Thursday.

• Local Delivery for Chilled Items: Due to the perishable nature of our chilled items, they can only be ordered and delivered locally within Rotorua. You also have the option to collect them locally.
